Seine zentralen Fach- und Forschungsbereiche sind Visualisierung, Kommunikations- und Medientheorie, Bildwissenschaft und Ikonografie, Kunstkommunikation, Medienmorphologie, Semiotik und Ästhetik. Im ersten Band analysiert Domsich ausgewählte Meisterstücke vom Kunsthistorischen Museum in Wien -- und zwar aus der flämischen Sammlung. Wer die Sammlung im Kunsthistorischen Museum liebt, wird an diesem Buch nicht vorbeikommen. Domsich analysiert die Bilder mit viel Witz und Hintergrundwissen und entlockt den Bildern noch so manches Geheimnis. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf den zweiten Band!
